REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

If the reservation(s) holder “The Client” cancels their campsite reservation(s) the following refund policy will take effect. Trail Hero “The Promotion” has 90 days to issue the refund back to the original payment method:

BY JUNE 1ST - 120 days before Trail Hero
● 100% refunded to The Client.

BY AUG. 1ST - 60 days before Trail Hero
● 50% refunded to The Client.

By Sept. 1st - ~30 days before Trail Hero
NO Refund after Sept. 1st - 11:50 pm MST
Campsite reservations cannot be transferred/re-sold per the state park regulations. This is to avoid abuse. The reservation can be canceled & the new buyer can standby to repurchase it immediately. The license plate number & your identification card must match on the reservation in order for the driver/vehicle to receive entry into park
